Gym modular kit with interior, exterior and props to fill in.
The kit provides all the props you need to create a complete gym from scratch with modular walls.
Assets are optimized for games with, lightmaps, Lods and collisions (auto generated for and complex when needed)
The showcase maps is provided.
Materials are easily customizable with adjustable parameters.
Various objects have Rgb mask to customize it.
Bark, woodplank, and grass ground textures are made in Quixel Mixer.
SSGI was used in Renders.
