Cybersecurity expert and computer forensic analyst Mark Lanterman will meet with the MNsure legislative committee to address ongoing security concerns with the MNsure website. In response to ongoing complaints and operational problems, the MNsure committee plans to increase paper applications, bring in an outside firm to recommend fixes, and outsource call center operations to reduce wait times.
