In 1992 President Yoweri Museveni hosted a very historic meeting in Kampala and the subject was Buganda’s EBYAFFE.
Today it is easy to belittle the fact that Museveni had difficulty persuading many of his top commanders that EBYAFFE would not harm Uganda’s unity for which Uganda had paid a very high price.
