LOWER NECK PAIN
Our neck bones (cervical veribrae) are among the most used bones of the body and also support the head and allow movement. It is less secure than the rest of the spine and therefore is more prone to injury and other disorders causing pain and difficulty in movement of the neck.
Many people occasionally experience neck pain or stiffness. Usually, it’s due to poor posture or overuse. Sometimes, neck pain is caused by injury from a fall or accident.
Most of the time, neck pain isn’t a serious condition and can relieve within a few days. But in some cases, neck pain can indicate serious injury or disorder and require proper care. If neck pain continues for more than a week, is severe, or is accompanied by other symptoms, one should seek medical help immediately.
Following are the common causes of neck pain;

🔅 Working at a desk for too long without changing position
🔅 Sleeping with your neck in a bad position
🔅 Jerking your neck during exercise
🔅 Injury by falling or accident
Symptoms:
🔅 Neck stiffness and pain
🔅 Headache originating from the neck
🔅 Pain in the shoulder/s and/or arm/s
🔅 Inability to fully turn the head or bend the neck
🔅 Grinding noise or sensation when the neck is turned
What to do?
✔️ Take a good rest.
✔️ Find out the most comfortable posture for your neck
✔️ Use Cervical Pillow to support your neck
