2. It's important to know the people you're hiring in the respect of knowing what's the right thing for them. Knowing the reality of why do they like or dislike working remotely.
3. Be extra intentional about culture when everybody is remote because you don't have control over the influences around them. Think about how you can keep culture top of mind in a remote environment.
