It's been a long time coming, but here it is: a visual guide showing how to adjust the Infinity Focus on a Tokina 11-16mm F/2.8 lens.
This is only needed if your focus wheel falls short of infinity focus on the far end. Given that this is a Do-It-Yourself fix, proceed with caution and at your own risk. I will not be liable if you break your lens in the process. This procedure will also likely void the warranty of your lens.
