Here is how to restore Zoom cloud recordings for download, then return them to their deleted status.
Here's why that's important:
* Zoom allows only 1GB of cloud storage for our account.
* It is a "best practice" to download cloud recordings, then delete them.
* We have 3 PGS administrators. If one of them downloads/deletes a recording, I can still "recover it" for download, then delete it again.
* Deleted recordings are held in the cloud for up to 30 days, but do not count against the 1GB of storage!
