I am honored to have co-authored a chapter titled “Integration of patient-reported outcomes in industry-sponsored clinical trials” with Professor Ethan Basch of the University of North Carolina (UNC) in the second edition of Oncology Clinical Trials. The chapter covers a six-step process for integrating patient-reported outcomes in industry-sponsored cancer clinical trials and also provides a detailed roadmap for implementing the strategy.
