JDN is a youth-led local NGO in Timor-Leste that works on initiatives to combat sexual harassment at all levels of society.

Improving safety on public transport has been in the center of its action since 2019, including:
• discussing the experiences of 100’s of young women;
• interviewing and educating mikrolet drivers;
• collecting signatures for a Code of Conduct for public transport drivers, and
• advocating with Parliament and Government Department leaders, national and international organisations.
