This clip was from about 10 minutes of fishing. We ran down the canal from Everglades National Park into Coot Bay and set up on my favorite bank. My buddy AJ and I made about a dozen casts and AJ had his swimbait thumped by a mega snook! I thought he was going to get broken off in the mangroves a few times, but he just managed to keep the big girl out of there. She was boat side in no time and marks AJ's PB snook to date at 36" even. I'll be continuing my salt water education and I'll be sure to get AJ into the 40" club soon!
