Za pripremu korišćeno:
1 karfiol
30g putera (umesto putera možete koristiti dve supene kašike maslinovog ulja)
1 kašičica morske soli

Used for preparation:
1 cauliflower
30g butter (instead of butter you can use two tablespoons of olive oil)
1 teaspoon sea salt

I served cauliflower puree myself with whole mushrooms prepared in white wine. Look for the recipe on the channel-Andjelka Maravić-🧐🤓👍
