This clip forms first of two parts of the film -- Indian Melodies: Rarer the Sweeter -- produced by Chandan Gupta, EMRC, Indore. It won Best Film at 17th annual CEC awards.
In the film, maestro of Jaipur Atrauli school, Pandit Rajshekhar Mansur discusses the structure of lesser performed Raga-s with Dr. Ragini Trivedi, herself an exponent of Misrabani.

The maestro emphasizes the need of awareness and sensitivity to musical heritage before it is irrevocably lost. Indian Raga music is in urgent need of Safe-guarding.

Omenad & Madhukali organized Durlabh Raga Prasang in which, means to bring lesser-practiced Raga-s in vogue were discussed.
