Paradise is a full length album comprised of 8 songs from English Artist Nathan Champion. all songs featured are original and written / recorded between 2011 and 2020. Most of the guitar playing has been influenced by minimalist style guitarists such as Bernard Sumner (New Order), The Edge (U2), Andy Summers (The Police) and David Gilmour (Pink Floyd). However, the album is more instrumentally driven by electronica and world music. The guitar takes a back seat most of the time, allowing the electronic drums, synths and basses to take the spotlight. For the vocals inspiration for relatable and more ‘’pop’’ grounded lyrics came from the artists Peter Gabriel and Albert Hammond Jr, two artists that were listened to constantly in this time period. As a result, this latest album will give a great view into the diverse and pleasing music style that has taken years to develop.
