When PRS design such a special guitar like a Dragon model they will make several prototypes to ensure everything is perfect before they commit to the final design. PRS are incredibly proud of their prototype instruments and they are often offered to premium PRS dealers to put up sale, PRS believe that an instrument of this quality and caliber would be wasted locked up in their vaults, it deserves to be cherished and played.
We are incredibly honoured to be able to offer a prototype version of the critically acclaimed 35th anniversary Dragon model, this may just be one of the rarest PRS models out there.
What's more, we raided the Peach Vault and dusted off an original 1985 PRS Custom 24, so you folks can take a closer look at how Paul's original idea has evolved!
