I’ve been on the hunt for my first chef's knife, so I visited Korin since I know a lot of chefs get their knives there. I was thinking of getting a Gyuto or a Petty knife but I actually ended up leaving with something totally different. The staff was very knowledgeable and I got to check out their great selection of various knives and learned a lot. I’m super happy with the one I picked up.
