Fluffy Greek Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt 350g
Sugar 35g
egg x4
cornstarch 3 tablespoons
baking powder 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
1. Separate egg yolks and whites. Chill the whites.
2. Add sugar, baking powder and cornstarch into egg yolks, mix well.
3. Beat the egg whites. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, divide Sugar into 2 times to add.
4. Mix the white with the yolk gently, well mix together.
5. Prepare the cake mold(16cm in diameter). Place the parchment paper. Grease it with melted butter. Raise the height of baking paper, because the baking pan I used is not high enough.
6. Pour the batter into the cake mold. IF there is too much batter, you need to adjust the amount poured into the baking pan, because the height of each baking pan is different.
7. Preheated oven, bake 170°C for 45 mins.
8. Remove the cake mold and paper. Can be served warm or cold with sugar powder.
