Kbite’s Carbonara Buldak Ramen with Bacon & Sausage
• Ingredients
• Water: 300ml
• Bacon: 1/2 strip (cut into 4 pieces)
• Sausages: 10 pieces
• Mozzarella cheese: generous amount
• Buldak sauce or powder: 1 packet (adjust to taste)
• How to Make
1. Start by frying the bacon and sausages in a pan until cooked.
2. Bring water to a boil, then add the ramen. Once the ramen is cooked,
drain a bit of the water.
3. Add the buldak sauce and powder, and let it simmer for a little while.
4. Finally, add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
5. Mix well and enjoy!
