If you are in Spain or you are on a Schengen visa, or in some other way you are in a regular situation, you must go to the last foreigners' office where you obtained your residence or the one where you have been registered or where you want to live or reside.
1️⃣ Submit a criminal record certificate for the last few years from the country where you have been living.
2️⃣ Make sure you have a medical certificate confirming that you are free of communicable diseases.
3️⃣ Fill in the corresponding form and pay the required fee.
🏢🌍 If you are outside Spain, you must go to the Spanish consulate that corresponds to you and apply for the recovery of your residency.
