Does using Tesla's Superchargers boost your chances of buying an EV? Share your thoughts in the comments.
Rivian, an electric vehicle (EV) maker, is now giving its customers adapters so they can use Elon Musk’s Tesla Supercharger network in North America. These adapters are free and will be sent out starting in April. This move is part of a plan to standardize how EVs are charged. Rivian's future cars will already work with Tesla chargers, but older models need these adapters. Current Rivian owners will get a message on their car screen with a QR code to order their adapter. With this, Rivian owners can now use over 15,000 fast chargers from Tesla. Rivian also has its own charging stations across 22 states, with 424 chargers in 70 places.
