I’m doing a review of the Hamilton Beach Flexbrew Programmable Single-Serve Coffeemaker with Hot Water Dispenser. It is mostly made of plastic and is very light weight. It seems to be made very durable and sturdy. It is a single-serve and can either use ground coffee or K packs. You cannot put more than three tablespoons of coffee grounds in it. You cannot put more than 14 ounces of water in it. It must be cold water and you cannot reheat your coffee. You can have it regular or bold strength. It took me 90 seconds to get the water hot and 45 seconds longer to percolate. That is fantastic. It comes with its own filter so you don’t have to go out and buy coffee filters. That saves me money. You have to wash the filter out every time you use it. Oh, and you cannot put cocoa power in the reservoir either. Let’s talk about the hot water side. This can be for hot cocoa or oatmeal or whatever you need it for. Also, you do not put hot water in it only cold water. You can only put 16 ounces of water in it. There is a blinking icon that will blink until it is hot and then it will stop. After 30 minutes the coffee machine will turn itself off. There is a lever to push you mug or glass against to get the water. I would very highly recommend this coffee maker. I absolutely love it. The instructional Manual is very easy to follow and it is very easy to use.
