ingredients used--
1 cup/240 ml water
1 cup brown sugar (200g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp salt
250 g of dried fruits like figs,cranberries,black and golden raisins
2 eggs
1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp dry nuts like almonds, cashews and pista
----
bake at 180 C for about 40 min or until skewer inserted comes clean
