i bought a brand new hvy glass bong from twighlight i got home and noticed a crack and a huge imperfection on the bongs down-stem joint on the bong it wouldn't hold any down-stem even though it was a 18 millimeter joint, so it was not an airtight glass on glass bong, so i dint put water or smoked out of it to take it back and the motherfuckers kept making excuses, fuck you frankie poor custumer service.
