This tutorial covers Removing a CNC router tool in an HSK63 tool holder from the Biesse Rover 24 carousel. The carousel is sometimes called the tool cradle. Here is the rundown:
1. Entering MANUAL mode
2. Open DATIMACC and navigate to the 6 tool carousel screen
3. Explanation of the DATIMACC computer screen to the actual tools in the Rover 24 tool cradle
4. Removing the router bit and tool holder from the cradle
5. Unring (removing) the router bit from the DATIMACC Graphic Configuration screen
6. Setting the new tool carousel configuration
7. Saving the new tool carousel configuration
8. Returning to AUTOMATIC mode
9. Selecting a program
