Are you ready for this 5 min Lazy Ab Workout at Home!? 🔥
This workout is perfect for when you only have 5 minutes in the morning and you're still feeling sleepy (which is pretty much every day for us).
The entire workout is on the floor and equipment free, and you can do if from anywhere, anytime! Don't let the name fool you though, this workout is not that easy!
And as always the video is full length, which means that you can just follow along with us. There are no breaks between exercises, but if you need some rest time just pause the video for a moment to catch your breath. But make sure to give it your all! 💪
Remember, it's ALWAYS better to do something small than to do nothing at all. If you have a few minutes today, take advantage of that!! EVERY WORKOUT COUNTS ❤️ The fact that you decided to get out of bed and move your body today is already amazing 😍 let's be nicer to ourselves and celebrate the little achievements.
