How to install wood slat #acousticpanels?
Step 1: MEASURE THE FLATNESS
Use a level to measure the flatness of the wall and ensure that the height difference is no more than 3 mm within 1 meter
Step 2: PREPARE THE TOOLS FOR INSTALLATION
Level, Measuring Tape, Fine-tooth or sharp saw, Masking tape, Hand drill, Black screws
Step 3: MEASURE AND CUT THE WALL PANELS
Measure the width and height of the wall
Measure the length of the panel,apply masking tape near the cut and mark the cut line on the tape
Applying tape will prevent the surface from being too rough
Use the fine tooth or sharp saw to cut the panel along the marked line
STEP 4: WALL PANEL INSTALLATION
Method 1
You can use adhesive glue to stick the acoustic panels to the wall
We recommended starting with the middle then at the top, at the base, and then as needed to keep the panel flat
Method 2
You can also use screws to nail the acoustic panels to the wall
STEP 5: END CAP INSTALLATION
After the wall panels are installed, use adhesive glue to stick the end cups to the protruding side of the PET fiber
Make sure the end cup fit tightly to the edge of the PET fiber
When installing the end cup on the protruding side of the wooden strip, first remove a wooden strip outside the installation position, retain18 mm wide PET fiber and cut off the waste part
Then use adhesive glue to stick the end cup
