This digital "public open house," part of the Official Community Plan (OCP) Review, will present options for building heights outside the Town Centre - the Town Centre Transition areas (north of Thrift Avenue, both east of George Street and west of Martin Street), the Waterfront Village area (both West Beach and East Beach), and the East Side Large Lot Infill area.
A survey to obtain input on these options will be available on Jan. 15, 2021 at www.talkwhiterock.ca/ocp-review.
Your input will form part of a report to go to White Rock City Council in Spring 2021, and may result in changes to the OCP, which guides the overall development of the city in setting policies for future development application decisions. A public hearing will be held before a bylaw is approved.
