How to program your Sharp XE-A207 cash register so that it automatically resets and clears the electronic journal (EJ) sales data every day when you run the end of day Z1 financial resetting report. This prevents the EJ building up inside the till memory and stops you having to periodically run a big report to clear the EJ.
DISCLAIMER - the downside to doing this is that you lose all the use potentially useful information stored on the EJ - like evidence of sales, refunds, no sales, X reports, ZX reports and so on. Copies of the reports can be really useful should you lose a Z1 report whilst cashing.
