This 7 minute Qigong meditation helps to relax the body and mind using our breath and visualisation to calm the breathing and guide the energy away from the head.
It’s beneficial if you have a lot going on and find it difficult to slow down.
Three Line Relaxation
By simply relaxing different body parts we train awareness, observe how the tension feel and learn to let go. Our mind leads the energy, so shifting our attention to different parts of the body allows us to guide the energy away from the head. It’s a useful skill to have when you need to relax quickly and calm the mind.
Three Part Breathing
Our breath is our quickest way to more energy and balance. Through focusing on the breath we can slow things down, relax the nervous system and restore the balance.
