🥜Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Butter
3 cups Sugar
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk (NOT Sweetened Condensed Milk)
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 jar (7oz) Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Stir together butter, sugar and evaporated milk in saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 min. over medium heat (234 degrees). Remove from heat; add peanut butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla; mix well. Pour into 9x9 inch pan and cool.
🍫Chocolate Chex Delight
Ingredients:
8 cups Chocolate Chex Cereal
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
6T salted butter
3T light corn syrup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup caramel bits
1T heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
1) Measure Chex Mix in large microwavable bowl; line cookie sheet w/ parchment paper or foil.
2) Microwave brown sugar, butter & corn syrup uncovered in 2-cup microwaveable bowl on high 1-2 min, stirring after 1 minute until melted and smooth. Stir in baking soda until dissolved.
3) Pour caramel mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave on high 3 min, stirring every minute. Spread on cookie sheet. Cool 10 min.
4) Sprinkle marshmallows over mixture. Microwave caramels & cream about 1 min; mix until smooth. Drizzle over mix.
5) Melt white & milk chocolate chips; drizzle over mix.
🤶Mrs. Claus' Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Box Ritz Crackers
7-oz Jar of Marshmallow Fluff
16-oz Jar of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 pkg. Chocolate Almond Bark (or melting chocolates)
Optional: 1 cup of white chocolate chips for drizzle
Directions:
Spread peanut butter on half of the Ritz crackers; add marshmallow fluff to the other half of the crackers; sandwich together. Melt chocolate bark and dip sandwiched cookies. Once the chocolate has hardened, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top of the cookies.
🥠Crispy Sugar Cookies (not my favorite but maybe you'll have better luck😜)
