Ravage is a mod for ArmA 3. It's more than just a mod - it's a framework that allows the rapid development of new Ravage missions.
NOTE: This mission is no longer included with Ravage. An ArmA update broke it. Hopefully it'll be restored at some point, but it won't be soon.
