UAE strengthens Emiratisation targets
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) is observing the progress
Emiratisation aims to give opportunities to nationals in the private sector
It says that companies with more than 50 workers should have 2 per cent of Emirati employees
And, they must be employed in skilled jobs
Companies that fail to achieve targets will be fined from January 2023
