It's Valt Aoi's battle theme from Surge, which is a remix of the original battle theme from Turbo ([ Ссылка ]). It was used several times throughout the season including the 2nd round between Valt vs Lain during the conclusion of the Legend Festival. It was also used during the promotional video, Into the Vortex.

I spliced together the first and last part of the song with SigmaBlader's rip on the theme (the main part of the song since his rip wasn't the full version).

I'm gonna be honest, I prefer this one over the Turbo theme, it's got a lot more hype and intensity.
