Continuing from my ride on the ELRON Stadler FLIRT, here's a ride back into the city on TLT tram route 4 on a new CAF Urbos from Ülemiste jaam to Vabaduse väljak, just outside the old city.
Tallinn is considered to be among the best European cities for public transport, as it is completely free for registered residents to travel the whole system. Even for non-residents the fare is still really cheap - while the cash fare is 2 euro (comparable to many cities), a day pass costs 3 euros, and a monthly pass costs only 23 euros, which makes it the cheapest city for public transport I've ever been to on over four continents I visited so far.
