Recipe:-
Ingredients:
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Green Chillies - 1 Tbsp
Blanched & Chopped Spinach - 1 Bunch
Blanched Corn - 1/2 Cup
Salt to Taste
Cheese - 75 gms
All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
Salt to Taste
Water as Required
Oil for Greasing
Method:
Filling:
Take a pan and add butter cubes in it.
Add garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies. Saute it for 1 minute.
Add blanched & chopped spinach and blanched corn and sauté.
Now add salt to taste, give it a good mix and transfer it to a bowl.
Add processed cheese and mix it & let it cool down.
Momos batter:
Take a large mixing bowl take all-purpose flour and ½ tsp salt.
Add water and knead the dough.
Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required.
Grease the dough with oil and rest for 30 mins.
Divide the dough in small portions & roll out those portions. If you want to shape the rolled dough into perfect circles, then use a circle cutter and do
Fill and pack the momos
Take a steamer, add in water and place the momos and let it steam for 10-12 minutes.
Once they are ready, serve them hot with Szechwan sauce.
