The VAC-Series (Batch) consists of two models of vapour phase vacuum soldering machines where the heat transfer takes place by condensing vapour and additionally a vacuum process is available to allow void-free soldering. The machines are on top of IBLs product line and designated as Premium Line, the VAC745 and VAC765 are also available as inline machines.
The VAC machines have a patented vacuum technology, the so called InVapourTechnology, where the vacuum process takes place directly within the vapour phase area. This ensures no loss of temperature on the soldered application, no vibration and faster realisation of the complete process. The soldering system operates in a completely inert atmosphere during the whole reflow and vacuum process.
The VAC-Series technology leading position is further reflected by a high range of control and processing capabilities, by their very gentle product handling and maintenance-friendly design.
The IPS Intelligent Profiling System including the patented SVP Soft Vapour Process is enabling high-end thermal profile process control and reliability.
An integrated PC-System with a 15”-HMI Multitouch and tadditional Traceability extension features are completing the vapour phase systems as future-oriented premium products, in the field of reflow soldering.
