My virgin visit to Zafferano and definitely not the last. We were here for the last few daysof the annual Restaurant Week if not we may never find the time to actually visit. Check out my reviews below:
FOOD:
The dinner set was very well thought of with creativity, presentation and palate orgasm at play. Loved every dish served and wish the portions were bigger (Especially the Wagyu Beef!). Good thing we ordered the Black Winter Truffle Pizza which was light yet flavourful. I ordered a virgin mojito of grapefruit base as I cannot drink any form of alcohol and it was refreshing without overly sweet. Diana ordered a half bottle of Rossi, which was pretty smooth to go with the food.
AMBIENCE:
The place was a little on the dark side but that's how romantic it should be right? Spacing between tables were pretty good but the table we were at has strong direct air-conditioning on our food. The view on the alfresco area is to die for, which makes me wonder their rental rates.
SERVICE:
From the reception to the Manager to all the other service staff, service was impeccable. Chona was very attentive to our table and make us feel so warmth and welcomed.
PRICE:
Damage was around $390+ for 2.
RETURNS:
Definitely. Need to find time to try their regular menu!
