I've decided to make a short review of Lebanese food served in local cafes, restaurants. I'm going to start from Lebanese yummy sandwiches. There is a big variety of recipes. But what surprise me is that their ingredients are often the same but the taste is totally different! Every cafe, restaurant that sells sandwiches has its own recipe! The recipe often includes famous garlic sauce! When I first tried one of such sandwiches I couldn't guess what sauce is inside that makes the sandwich so tasty!
