Communal Park or Communal Park in 1920-1936) is the main park of Kharkov. It occupies an area of more than 62 hectares. Before reconstruction in 2012, it occupied an area of more than 130 hectares and was limited in the south by Vesnina Street and the complex of the former rocket school KhVVKIURV, in the east - by Sumskaya Street, in the north - by the so-called "elite village of private development" (later - by the highway between Novgorodskaya and Sumskaya streets) and in the west - by Dinamovskaya, Novgorodskaya and Sarzhin Yar streets.
