Potatoes - 2 no. (cut into square pieces)
Onions (chopped) - 2 no.
Ginger - 1 tbsp-1 tbsp
Garlic
Soaked Urad dal (for making vadas) - ½ cup
Green Chillies - 3 no.
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp.
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp.
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
Coconut Milk - 11/2 cup and 4 cups second extract
Curry Leaves
coconut Oil
Salt - to taste
