In this follow along “Kettlebell Workout for Strength, Endurance and Power” you will be engaging your whole body throughout 34 exercises. This is a Strength and Conditioning training where you will be using muscular power and testing your strength and cardio vascular endurance during this 30 min long workout session. We will be 40 sec “ON” and 15 sec “OFF” for each of our moves. There is no “REST” period, I will be going non stop, so please make sure to take a break at any time if you need to, but if you are up for the challenge follow me 😉. In order for this workout to be as challenging as possible pay attention to the preview of each exercise coming next and choose the proper kettlebell for it. Remember that the weight of your kettlebell should make your last couple reps challenging with being able to keep a good form at all times. Let’s GO! 💪
