Links Editor will allow you to replace links to KB articles with links to PDF files, documents, images, and web pages.
When users click on the link they will see the linked document or file for viewing and download, or they will see the linked web page.
1. Click on Add New LINK Article.
2. Add a title for the article in the Article Title field.
3. Enter the URL in the URL field. This can be a YouTube link, a PDF, and more.
4. Add information or a summary to the Link Title Attribute field. This is a short description to help readers understand what the article is about.
5. Add keywords to the Search Keywords field. These are the terms you expect users to search when looking for this article.
6. Choose an icon. There are hundreds of options. This icon will appear next to the link text.
7. Preview the link article. The published link will be visible with the chosen icon on the KB Main page.
