This 20 minute HIIT rhythm ride is INSANE and of course FUN!! 😬 This cardio workout is effective, powerful, and intense. Complete with heavy and fast working sections followed by shorter rest periods to maximize this HIIT style cycling workout. This ride is sure to get the blood flowing, boost your mood, and of course bring out your inner but kicker!
This ride is meant to challenge you and take you outside of your comfort zone. As always listen to your body and take extra recovery when needed. If you don’t get every challenge this time around, AWESOME! That means you have a challenge to work towards! This workout will be here for you to come back to and see how strong you’ve become!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.
