1 cup cake flour (100g) (spooned and leveled)
1/4 cup cold milk (60ml)
6 egg yolks.
1 and ½ tsp vanilla extract
6 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice (or 1 tsp white vinegar or 1 tsp cream of tartar)
¾ cups sugar (150g)
*Round pan size is 8x3 inches.
