I asked myself this question, if I’m depressed then I should know how to get out of being depressed. Not any easy task I hear you say, and I grant you that. What I discovered was it’s the human that gets depressed, but the human can’t heal you. So I decided to get to the source of my problem, I asked my soul, why!
For me it worked out that my soul was depressed because it had had enough of being an unconscious human that was filled with emotions and fears.

I discovered that depression was actually an awakening. Through this awakening I also realized that as a soul I could heal myself. I believe that you can also heal yourself as I did.

I am the very first being that brings to light the real meaning behind depression. It means your soul, which is intelligence needs you to become the real you, the higher self you. Depression is not the end of your life, but it is the end of the human programming.

The human programming has been designed to keep you ill. Why? Because big pharmaceutical companies love you being ill because they earn a lot of money out of humans being depressed.
