This short video on EV Charging shows the possibilities of the charge controller EC-CHARGE-EVSE© from the EC-CHARGE© charging electronics series.
EC-CHARGE-EVSE© is the perfect solution for retrofitting existing charging stations. It is also ideal for equipping new charging stations that do not yet support high-level communication and Mode 4 that are used by the DIN70121 and ISO 15118 standards for data transmission between the electronic vehicle (EV) and the charging station (EVSE).
You will get an impression of how the human-machine interface can be implemented in an appealing way. Four sub-areas (information, charging, history and map) are shown as examples. Furthermore, the possibilities of the Industrial PC - iPC for e-mobility charging stations (EVSE) that are characterized by a high level of integration, are discussed. The software framework for hardware and the charging task, as well as training and installation material, enable a cost-sensitive solution as it combines all necessary electronic components in one module. In addition, there are further cost reduction potentials in the entire process for procurement, commissioning, service and maintenance.
