In order to be effective at any job, particularly one where you make many high-stakes decisions such as founding or leading a charity, you must be a good decision-maker. A good decision-maker needs to implement a number of strategies and decision-making heuristics. In this talk, Joey Savoie discusses the benefits of using multiple different systems and heuristics when making important decisions and apply different frameworks to an example decision.
