Bit of SEPTA Reading Main Line traffic congestion just south of the busy 16TH ST junction . A northbound R6 Norristown train waits for a Main Line train to clear the interlocking in order to cross all three tracks. The dispatcher uses this blockage to signal through a Southbound R6. Meanwhile, two more northbound main line trains are approaching a Stop signal while the first R6 gets out of the way!
