The COVID-19 lockdowns and resulting economic downturn has significantly impacted the social service workforce.

The sector is still feeling the effects of reduced volunteer numbers and a shift to working at home. At the same time, we must manage and mitigate the impacts of possible future lockdowns on a primarily in-person workforce.

This session, recorded on Monday 12 April 2021, explores the lessons learned and challenges ahead for both our paid and unpaid workforce. We also examine the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.
