Flexing a dancehall influenced flow and dropping freestyles like a busted bag of M&Ms Rumi (DJ Baku's wifey) commands the crowd's attention with her soulful swagger.
Tokyo Boredom doesn't limit itself to any particular musical genre but 90% of the bands are of the post-punk/no-wave/HC ilk. Which makes it so much more impressive that Rumi & Skyfish were able to turn a club full of punk rockers and turn it into a scene straight out of a hip hop video on BET. =)
