Delicious and tender pork goulash will appeal to the whole family.
You can cook absolutely any side dish with it - from fried potatoes to pasta and rice. We decided to cook goulash for buckwheat.
For 600 g of pork, you need to prepare: one medium onion, one medium carrot, two tablespoons of tomato paste, two tablespoons of flour, two small bay leaves, salt, spices to taste and water.
In a preheated pan, you must first fry the meat until golden brown. When the meat is ready, it must be removed to a plate.
In the same pan, fry the onions and carrots. When they are slightly fried, add two tablespoons of flour and mix well. Two tablespoons of tomato paste should be diluted in half a glass of water. The resulting liquid must be poured into the pan and mix everything well. Add another half glass of water. Next, return the previously fried meat back to the pan. Mix everything well, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for at least 40 minutes. When the meat is completely stewed well and will easily break into fibers, you need to add bay leaves and salt, as well as any spices that you like. Put out a little more under a closed lid and turn off the fire.
For a side dish, we cooked buckwheat on the water.
Put a little buckwheat on a plate, and pour it with delicious goulash on top.
Bon appetit!
